Conference & Banqueting
Within The Royal Horseguards are six private suites available for conference and receptions. They have the most up to date presentation equipment and can accommodate from 10 to 70 people.
Connected to the hotel is the next door building known as One Whitehall Place. Famous as the location of The National Liberal Club, which still occupies the first floor, the rest of the building is now part of the hotel and comprises the most exceptional conference and reception rooms in London. The architecture is high Victorian and the building is Grade I listed. This does not alter the fact that state of the art conference support equipment is available throughout. Many of these magnificent rooms, with 8 meter high ceilings, have balconies and views of the Thames and all of them have enormous antique metal chandeliers of Gothic proportions. Each floor has its own kitchens.
These rooms can accommodate from 50 to 300 persons and can be used for a wide range of event from wedding receptions to conferences, lunches and dinners. They include the Gladstone Library which at one time housed 30,000 books now in safekeeping at Bristol University.
Just Gym workout room. Complimentary use for guests.
