A
very attractive old paddle steamer which used to
ply across the Humber estuary in days gone by. She
is now safely moored to the Victoria Embankment
and from the deck boasts fine views overlooking
the Festival Halls, Houses of Parliament and the
Millennium Wheel. Of the 4 bars, 2 are on deck. Food
and drink are served year round.
Following its £4.75m refurbishment, the bar has taken on a modern new look, with large, clear windows fitted in the main bar to allow customers a prime view of one of the boat’s most famous neighbours, the London Eye. The pub has three different sections – the main bar, which is fitted with stylish, contemporary decor, the nightclub that boasts a brand new state-of-the-art sound system and the chill out bar and private dining area on the lower deck, which creates a warm, welcoming environment for customers to relax and enjoy good food.
The Tattershall Castle now offers a dazzling range of entertainment to suit all tastes from comedy to clubbing.Monday nights see Christian Knowles hosting a hilarious evening of comedy, Thursdays plays host to the outrageous Kash Point and on Friday and Saturdays, the Platinum DJ's spin the wheels of steel to keep the crowd dancing all night. |
