Starting with freshly prepared open sandwiches, customers are presented with a tiered stand offering freshly baked chocolate chip scones served with chocolate praline spread, chocolate cupcakes and miniature chocolate fancies presented on an edible chocolate plate.

All delicacies are freshly made by the in-house patisserie with the highest quality ingredients, including delicious Valhrona Chocolate, 70% cocoa and edible gold leaf.

Teas from Harney & Son have been specially blended for Hilton Hotels - from Earl Grey Tea infused with lavender and blue cornflowers to White Tea plucked at dawn.
